INTRODUCTION

ASSOCIAÇÃO HAPPINESS CAMP, VAT number 518 162 591, with a registered address at Rua da Lionesa, 4465-671, Leça do Balio, Matosinhos (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), will hold an event (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”) in Alfândega do Porto, Porto (hereinafter referred to as the “Venue”) on September 17th, 2024.

The Event is a conference on Organizational Happiness. The purpose of the Event is to look at happiness holistically and convey the knowledge and tools for companies to embrace this concept that marks the future of any organization. The Event will take place on September 17th, from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm. At 7:00 pm, the day dedicated to happiness continues with a sunset at the same Venue.

The Organization reserves the right to change or modify the program, provided that the presence of a speaker has been canceled due to reasons beyond the event’s control. Happiness Camp will attempt to replace the speaker within the same theme and with the quality it is known for.

The content of presentations is the sole responsibility of the speakers.

Entry is not allowed for individuals under 16 years of age.

To access the event venue, it is necessary to exchange the e-ticket for a printed Access Badge. This file is send through and SMS to each attendee and they can print it at Home or, at Happiness Camp Welcome Desk. At the entrance they just need to get a Badge Holder, and a Lanyard to put the ticket inside.

Credentiation is open until 5:45pm. Then the access to the event is no longer possible.

The badge provided during credentialing is personal and non-transferable and must be preserved throughout the event. In case of loss or poor preservation of this element, new access will not be authorized.

The badge must always be visible and ready for verification by the Organization.

Each credential is indivisible and valid for the entire event.

The number of participants is limited to the event and its various spaces’ capacity.

All images and intellectual property rights are reserved. Any filming, recording, or reproduction within the facilities is prohibited unless expressly authorized by the Organization.

The credential holder acknowledges that they may appear in images captured at the event space by different means for subsequent information dissemination. In this sense, they authorize this use, which will be the responsibility of each medium. The images may appear on the internet, and their dissemination cannot be controlled.

Happiness Camp reserves the right to cancel or modify any of the above clauses, including the program.

The consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited for individuals under 18 years of age.

Entry to the event venue with food or beverages is not allowed.

Happiness Camp reserves the right to change the date, location, agenda, event speakers, or cancel the Event due to unforeseen circumstances. If the Event is canceled, registered participants will be notified and refunded any registration fees paid.

Participants are expected to behave professionally and courteously at all times. Happiness Camp reserves the right to remove any participant with inappropriate, offensive, or disruptive behavior.

All materials of the Event, including, among others, presentations, images, videos, and other content, are the property of Happiness Camp or its licensors. Participants are not authorized to reproduce, distribute, or use any Event materials without the express written permission of Happiness Camp.

By registering for the Event, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with the Happiness Camp Privacy Policy. This may include sharing your information with event partners and sponsors for the purpose of providing information about their products and services.

Happiness Camp, its partners, and sponsors will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from your participation in the Event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Happiness Camp, its partners, and sponsors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your actions or omissions during the Event.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country where the Event takes place. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that country.

Happiness Camp reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms, and your continued participation in the Event constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
