Happiness Camp Awards Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Happiness Camp Awards, you agree to abide by the following rules and regulations. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from the competition.

1. Eligibility: The Happiness Camp Awards are open to organizations (enterprises and NGOs) and individuals (Personalities) who have made significant contributions to promoting happiness in the workplace and beyond. All nominees must be involved in activities or projects that align with the mission and vision of Happiness Camp.

2. Application/Nomination Process: For the Enterprise and NGO categories, organizations must submit a completed application form. For the Personality category, nominations must be submitted by a third party (self-nominations are not allowed). Incomplete applications or nominations may be disqualified at the discretion of the judging panel.

3. Supporting Documents: Applicants and nominators must provide relevant supporting documents as evidence of the nominee’s commitment to promoting happiness and well-being. These may include articles, presentations, testimonials, videos, images, etc.

4. Judging Criteria: The Happiness Camp Awards winners will be selected based  jury evaluation. The jury will consider factors such as the nominee’s impact on workplace happiness, innovation, and the sustainability of their initiatives.

5. Intellectual Property: By participating in the Happiness Camp Awards, you grant Happiness Camp and its partners the right to use any submitted materials, including text, images, videos, and other media, for promotional purposes without compensation.

6. Disqualification: Happiness Camp reserves the right to disqualify any applicant or nominee who fails to comply with these rules and regulations, provides false or misleading information, or engages in any form of misconduct or unethical behaviour during the competition.

7. Awards Ceremony: Winners will be announced during the Happiness Camp event. Award recipients must be present at the ceremony or have a designated representative to accept the award on their behalf. Failure to attend the ceremony may result in forfeiture of the award.

8. Amendments: Happiness Camp reserves the right to amend these rules and regulations at any time without prior notice. Participants are advised to periodically review the rules and regulations for any changes.

9. Liability: By participating in the Happiness Camp Awards, applicants and nominees agree to release and hold harmless Happiness Camp, its partners, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising out of or relating to participation in the competition or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any award.

10. Governing Law: These rules and regulations shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where Happiness Camp is based. Any disputes arising from or related to the competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that country.
