Mindful or MindFULL? Master the power of presence and awareness and rescue your sanity!

The inability to disconnect is the modern pandemic. Studies reveal that around 293 billion emails are sent every day, the new generations check their phones an average of 157 times per day, 77% of people use their phones while driving, and the list goes on … The result of this overstimulation is a huge cognitive overload that is leading people to shut down and experience major symptoms of anxiety, stress, depression, and burnout.
With this being ‘sad’, this workshop aims at providing the participants with practical tools to cultivate greater awareness and presence while establishing boundaries to the outside world that so often drains them. These techniques help reduce anxiety and stress, enhance emotional regulation, improve focus and productivity, and feel a higher sense of well-being.

    Empathy Strategy

Empathy is a feeling, a strength of character, a quality. But not everyone has this capacity. The good news is that it can be developed. Feeling empathy is a sign of emotional growth and is the foundation of people-centered design. It brings ideas and solutions closer to the people they are intended for, whether they are our customers, our employees, or our friends. Feeling empathy can be as important for others as it is for those who have the ability to show this sentiment.
